Feeling very proud because I've stuck to my keto-guns. Today I killed it! Went out for a hike, light exercise at the top, drinking a bunch of water, ate a 2 pound lobster, raw oysters, peel and eat shrimp, and made a banging pork shoulder that slow cooked for 12 hours. Many tastey eats, many fun things. God, I hope everyday is like this one.
