Have felt better lately and have been working on the farm, getting quite a bit of exercise. Get a bit winded at times going up and down stairs but at reat my pulse Oxygen is 95 or more and pulse between 65 and 75.
Have lightened up a bit on the low salt as was going too low. Blood sugars are great in the 80s and 90s dropping from the 110 they were.
At last doctor visit a couple of weeks ago my HAiC was 5.8 which is in the normal range for a non diabetic. From here on in, I am really not trying to lose a lot of weight or fast and do not want to go below 160. I still have a lot of muscle and muscle is heavier than fat.
