I do NOT like the new layout on here. I can't find buddies'posts on here. I don't want everyone reading my private posts on here - someone said everyone has access to everything now, which is disgraceful - years ago I was going through bad depressions, I don't want the public to read that garbage. It is VERY rude of FS to do this. I have been on here seven years, and the new way it is set up is a confusing mess. I am doing Atkins strictly. I am doing well, not bloated, and I am losing slowly but surely. I take supplements. Today it was above freezing, my podiatrist (a new doctor) canceled as he had an urgent surgery to do, so I will see him on Monday. I am doing OK. My writing is going well.
