OMG I don't know WTF is happening... in the last few days the scale is now saying I've gained almost 5lbs...

I definitely haven't been eating THAT out of control, I've been playing with the dog, walking him, and last night I did all of the hard dances on Just Dance for 50 minutes. I know for Christmas I'm getting the 2nd Wii Active, and I'll start doing that, but seriously, something has got to be off on the scale...

I'm really upset.

Don't sweat it, I am sure it is just water retention and you will drop those 5 pounds in no time.

SQ, it is fluid retention....it may not be how much you are eating, but what. The foods that we love to eat at this time of year can be packed with sodium, and we all struggle with that stupid fluid retention! Once the holidays are past, it will be gone once again, and you will be right back where you want to be. In the meantime, don't sweat it, just keep on doing what you are doing, exercise, eating right, and don't sweat it. Enjoy your Christmas...it will soon be past and there won't be another for a year!!!

I concur! Water retention! :o) Your body weight can fluctuate 5 lbs either direction in a day.
