I HAVE ABS!!! I took a picture of myself last night after my workout and compared it to the one I took on December 10, eleven days into my lifestyle change. I don't like the 12/10 version, but it is what it is. The one last night shows a less round gut and some definition below my pectoral muscles!! Not a ton, but still...
