Anyone else notice that having a major shift in your sleep helps curb your sweet cravings? Last pregnancy I was definitely sleep deficient because I was working full-time. Now I’m a stay at home mom and sleep is my number one priority aside from great nutrition. I have not craved sweets at all this pregnancy. We’re almost halfway through!

For sure! I snack all day when I’m sleep deprived.

YUP. I was working full time when I was pregnant and the exhaustion was the worst in the first three months, and the very last month just because I was so giant and uncomfortable (very small torso, very big baby LOL), and sweets were my biggest crave.

It’s so interesting and it’s obvious now... but when it’s happening I tend to just eat my feelings and then I wonder why I am so uncomfortable 🤦🏻‍♀️ I do feel that great sleep is 99% of the reason I have not gained weight this pregnancy
