This is a picture from my walk today. The weather was great and the fall colors amazing. It's a wonderful day for American patriots. Yesterday we had pizza, salad and beer for dinner. I had skipped lunch. I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF↓0.1% / BW↓1.8 I think the uptick in weight yesterday was due to consuming supplemental fiber and lots of water the night before...
