i obviously lost whatever i gained over thanksgiving. My quess is that i gained 3 lbs. because I weighed 163 the wednesday before thanksgiving and this is my first weigh in since. Im gonna keep on keeping on and maybe seek some nutritional advice. I just don't think its safe to lower my carbs to 20 grams a day if Im jogging 4 days a week about 2 miles each time.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
