I seriously feel like I need to detox for a week after the weekend I had. And who to blame?? Me. So disgusted with myself. I feel the weight creeping back on and I told myself I would NOT let myself do this again. Today is a new day. I am focusing on maintaining during this next month before hitting it hard come January.
