Just enjoyed a new "treat" ... I took some mozzarella medallions and wrapped them with a rare roast beef deli cut.... put them in the microwave for 1 min.. .til the cheese melted..and then I topped them with a couple of tablespoons of pace picante sauce... total yum for me and EASY!
Now I am enjoying a cup of peppermint tea with sugar free vanilla...and it is so good and sweet it feels like a cheat! :)

LOL that sounds great. My "cheat" in the morning is weight watchers maple brown sugar oatmeal, topped off with Strawberry Activia yogurt, I sear it tastes like you are eating a fruit crisp!!!!!!

MMMMM that sounds so good FD. I took some vanilla chai Kroger Carbmaster yogurt and added some raspberry syrup a couple of weeks ago for hubby and he said that it was superb! Only 4 grams of carbs in the yogurt and 1 in the syrup!

Here's a variation: 1 serving of turkey ham steak with one ounce of cheese on top. I use Finlandia Light Swiss, so the whole thing is about 125 calories, and it's yummy.

I am gaga over my decaf with sugar-free vanilla and cocoa powder and cream...I haven't tried it in tea yet. Thinking about trying a low carb peanut butter fudge recipe.
