Breakfast
my favorite breakfast right now is 1 cup of greek yogurt with cinnamon sprinkled in and 1 cup of blueberries. I also add a shot glass full of almonds and sometimes some dried coconut chips. My "treat" breakfast is a veggie omelet with pepper jack cheese.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I only weigh when I go to a doctors appointment, so once ever other month or so. I avoid the scale like the plague. It hates me and causes me to obsess over my weight. I am doing Atkins to be healthy and if in the process I become a normal weight I get a major bonus (so far I have gotten a 57 lb bonus). I have been eating this way since December 2009, so going on 15 months and I love the way I feel. Smile
