My motivation is really low right now. I just don't feel like eating healthy. This sucks. Just when I think I'm going to get to my goal shortly, I go back up.

I did the same thing, although mine was more about just drinking way too much this weekend and then eating comfort food when I was drunk or had a hangover.. Just try to remember what you really want...don't let a small setback become a big failure! You can do it, even if it takes you a little longer than you originally planned! :)

sometimes we go up and then the next week its right back down. Stick to it and dont get discouraged!!!

It's a very minor gain so don't get discouraged and blow it. Look at the progress you made and motivate yourself (somehow) to keep going. That gain and more will be gone soon, just give it a bit of time.

Need motivation? Look no further than your own chart. You're already half way there! Everyone has ups and downs, but your chart shows a definite trend of kickin' a**!
