Today, I had a tiny weight gain, that I am sure is just water and nothing to worry about. I have been well within my RDI the last days, and seen significant weight loss several days in a row, so this is expected. If it's anything like normal, I will gain more tomorrow. We will see.

Yesterdays food was a disaster. Wife and I ordered burgers, no dressing from the local pizza place. What we got was the nastiest, grosses burgers, drenched in dressing. I threw mine out and had rye bread with liver pate instead. I was so ticked off! :)

Today, I feel kinda funky. I got really sick Saturday, I think the cold weather got to me. I have been fighting a fierce cold for weeks now, and I decided today to skip my swimming, as the pools are not too warm. I don't want to get cold and sick again. Then I would rather exercise at home, or do something else. We will see.

I am so happy still that I am past my 20 kg weight loss point. I got so excited when I saw that my weigh-in "meter" changed from orange to yellow! Another sign that I am on the right track!

Life is good!
