I've been stalled for what seems forever at 137-138. I'm getting discouraged. I hope to have lost at least a tiny bit by Friday. :-(
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stick with it. You didn't have a huge amount to lose in the first place, your body thinks it needs that fat and won't give it up without a fight. Good luck to you! :)

Everyone stalls and at different times of their dieting just stick with it it will pay off

If you look at my chart it's the same for me. We are both down to the last few lbs we need to lose. When I did Jenny Craig a few years back my consultant there told me that your body will stall at weights you have been at in the past for extended periods of time. That your body remembers those weights & feels comfortable there & it takes a little longer to trick your body out of it. I thought she was crazy but I have found it to be true. Good Luck!!
