Woohoo 129.6 lbs!!! I've been eating sooo healthily and I feel great. Today at work I was eating steamed grean beans (I steamed them this morning) and chicken (which I cooked on Sunday and portioned out for the week with my food scale) and my boss saw my lunch and said "Look at you eating all healthy!"

Not that I ever ate ridiculous amounts of junk food or anything, but I ate chips and salsa for lunch a lot, and lately almost all I eat is healthy food.

I do let myself eat treats if I really want them, but now I actually think about it before I eat them. Like, is it worth the calories? And if it is, I do eat it, and I enjoy it.
And if it's not, I don't eat it, and I'm happy I didn't waste those calories on something I didn't really want. :)

I'm finally starting to feel more comfortable now that I'm shrinking back to the size I was before I met my boyfriend too,
I just never really got used to being as big as I'd gotten, which wasn't even that big, but for me it was. In a year with him I gained 31 pounds and went from a size 2 to a size 14! I'm just glad I didn't get any stretch marks from gaining weight so quickly.
It was funny because I had to keep buying bigger jeans when I was gaining the weight, and now I'm going back down through all of my "getting fat" jeans and they've turned into my "getting thin again" jeans.
It feels great to reverse the process. I'm down to a size 9, which is still nowhere near a size 2 but it's pretty far from the 14 that I was :)

I can't wait to be like 126 pounds and really feel like I'm in the 120's.

My goal feels so much closer now than it did even just a few pounds ago.
