Fell off my good-eating plan in a big way for the last few days, with masses of carbs and not the good ones either! This has something to do with having to put in multiple hours of hard labour which left no time for other exercise and meant I just wanted to EAT anything and everything. And to polish things off, today I made the mistake of buying a 6-pack of chocolate-caramel wafers for an 8-hour cross-country drive. Needless to say, 5 were gone by the time I got home... Still, no-one's perfect and I'm not giving up, despite the fact that my weigh-in tomorrow will probably be very depressing. Looking forward to getting back on track in the morning.
