Thanks! This is my version of stir fry. I’m picky so this is just 1/2 cup of rice, chicken breast, broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts. Everyone else had mushrooms, baby corn and beans (can’t remember the name). This was around 300-350 kcal and I ended up having about 1/3 of it left. Already logged so a freebie snack lol.

I love water chestnuts ND haven't had any for ages. I shall have to find some. Looks good! 😁

Thanks. Hubby and the kids love Chinese food and this is about all I can stomach lol. Too many sauces high in calories and sodium when eating out. This way I can make it with whatever everyone wants and it’s healthier. Hubby and the kids had some chicken fried rice with theirs.
