Thanks it wasn't that good and I worried about the calories all the time I ate it, next time we make BETTER pasta! Though we had such fun!

Did you use egg yolks to enrich it? I'm no expert but my friend makes a lot of pasta and it always seems to use a lot of eggs.

2 cups AP flour, 3 large eggs, 1-2 tbl EVOO, pinch of salt, water (as needed). Blend wet ingredients then add most of flour. Pulse in food processor until it comes together. Adjust with reserved flour or water as necessary. Wrap and rest in fridge if desired. Google "Fabio pasta dough" if you need pointers or want to laugh.

I don't use eggs in my pasta mix as I'm a vegan, but it's still yummy
