I've been bad about getting on here lately. I'm not feeling well with my stomach, this is usually something that happens to me this time of year. I think stress combined with not eating the best doesn't help my already bad stomach. I'm going to try my best to remind myself to eat healthy foods because those won't make my stomach hurt so much. Unfortunately because my stomach always hurts I still eat too much and eat junk.

No exercise in about a week because of not feeling well either. I need to get back to it, but I've just been feeling run down. Maybe if I keep myself eating better I'll start feeling more up to working out too.

Okay, enought whining. I'm going to try my hardest to get up and do a workout in the morning, and maybe some yoga this evening. I'm also going to keep eating better so that if my stomach keeps hurting at least I know I'm fueling myself with good foods.

Maybe try less white flour ingredients and lower carbs plus more water. Don't give up. You can do this no matter what time of year or month!
