Life is grand! At personal training, I was actually able to benchpress!! My trainer actually added weight 2 different times.
I was stopped on my way out of the gym tonight by a lady I have seen in hip hop class a couple of times. She complimented me on my weight loss and shape. She asked me how I did it and I was happy to say that "Fatsecret.com" has helped me. I truly believe that Fatsecret.com has helped me see what I was putting in my body.
