i'm still happy one day of a time i feel healthier i don't care what the scale says i had one chicken patty for breakfast not four that in it self is a victory haha

i agree as long as its less then you are doing good. I am trying the 500 cal hcg diet and am on my second day. i am really trying to stay with that diet :)
