Well, I'm happy with my weigh-in this morning. Hope I can hold my own this next week with all the parties and food. I'm going to just try and exercise more this next week and make up for the extra points I might eat. The not eating after 7pm challenge is working good, but is really hard for me. I'm a late night snacker, but so far I have managed to stay true.
