Checking in with my FS friends. Not easy when all I seem to do is bitch about my pain. Things seem to be better for a day or so, here and there, but still nothing resolute. I see the Neurologist tomorrow so let me guess, oh let's try this pill or that and follow up with my NP in 30 days. Yes I am projecting negativity, so got permission for little sister to come with me. She's not thrilled, but she may be able to ask the questions or make the suggestion that does the trick. Fingers crossed and enjoy your Sunday. It's only supposed to be in the 90's today, so maybe fall has finally come to the valley.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
