Blood work came back...my thyroid is slow...no big surprise there..I was on a starvation diet for a month. Dr wanted to put me on meds but I explained (for a second time) that I was on a VLCD and she changed her mind. My cholesterol was also borderline...since I'm eating a high fat diet (with tons of eggs) that could be the problem. but my exercise and weight loss should also compensate for some of it. Dr didn't seem too worried about this. More blood work in 8 weeks...I am hoping everything will be back to normal.

Also starting Sunday...no more daily weigh-ins...I'm going back to the 1x a week weigh-in. My stabilization period is finally over. I shouldn't have any big jumps in my weight (well Tday and Christmas I might have some carbs...so yeah then). I"m also excited I'm still losing weight even though I have a hypothyroid ....though I"m sure the exercise is fixing that. 16 more lbs til I"m in onderland...don't think I will make it by the end of this year, but I'll be close.

I've also met a goal today ....215 lbs that means I get a spa day soon :) Plus 215 is where I needed to be for Wayne's challenge...I honestly didn't think I would be able to lose 10 lbs before Tday (end of crazy diet and all), but here I am :)

congratulations. with exercise and diet you can lose 16 pounds before the year is over. good luck.
