Weeeel, that's a nice surprise! My back is better, so I'm going to try some strength training this evening. I also got a balance disk that I've been working on, just trying to develop those stabilizer muscles in hopes of improving my posture & hopefully alleviate some of this back pain. Wish me luck!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exercise is so important. My doctor said that the exercise I did (60 minutes 6 days a week on stationary bike) helped in my post knee replacement recovery and it (30 minutes 6 times a week) is stopping bone on bone in my other knee do it's not painful so no need for knee replacement.
