I was hungry. Enough said.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 76.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Then it is just some food weight! It will be gone in a flash! I've had a terribly indulgent week... I've got a lot of recovery to do. 😕
