Hmmm... curious why I am not budging. I've been eating in an 8 hour window all week and thinking I was doing great calorie wise, but maybe I should only fast a couple days a week. It seems like it's not really helping on a daily basis... I think I'll review my diet from a month ago and see what I was do then vs what im doing now. I remember reading in a book about weight loss that sometimes your body plateaus on a certain weight that it has been a long for a long time before, like it remembers that weight and it thinks you might want to stay at that weight. No thank you.. time to move on!!
