Hmmm... curious why I am not budging.
I've been eating in an 8 hour window all week and thinking I was doing great calorie wise, but maybe I should only fast a couple days a week. It seems like it's not really helping on a daily basis...
I think I'll review my diet from a month ago and see what I was do then vs what im doing now.
I remember reading in a book about weight loss that sometimes your body plateaus on a certain weight that it has been a long for a long time before, like it remembers that weight and it thinks you might want to stay at that weight.
No thank you.. time to move on!!
227.1 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you on keto? In any case very important to measure and record everything accuratly. Adding a bit of exercise or mixing it up helps as well. Good luck!!!
