Halfway there!

I'm still eating lots of fruits and veggies, and now I'm adding a lot more lean protein into my diet, I've been eating salads with ground turkey,

I'm thinking about learning to like omelettes and making them with just the egg whites...I've never been a huge fan of eggs.

I need to figure out more easy ways to get low-calorie protein because honestly I'm not really a huge fan of meat so just eating meat plain isn't appealing to me,
and obviously you can go way overboard on calories pretty easily when trying to get protein.

And I'm definitely not doing that whole like protein powder thing. I like real food, thanks! Hahah.

For protein maybe you could add nuts or beans to your salads. Or seafood if you like that. You could start putting peanut butter on your fruits, it has protein.
