I had a big spaghetti lunch and yet I still was able to lose some weight.😊 I have a long way to go, but I want to stay on this track - nice and slow so it doesn’t come back on.😊
201.2 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

awesome!! and yes slow is best. I lost 20# in a couple weeks fasting and although most of it stayed off it was so hard to maintain as it was such a huge mental shift for me.
