Well, I did indulge in dessert and drinks at hubby's b'day dinner last night, but I know I can control myself today. It's a perfect autumn day in the 60s, so we went for a 1.4 mile walk. I always feel energized afterwards.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

Great! It's good to get out and enjoy a dessert and drink! I try to do that once a week for a change. After all, dieting gets boring...but it does have it's benefits. :)
