This WW stuff seems to be working, slower than I'd like, but it's average is like 1.5 pounds a week - that's pretty good. Still have a lot to figure out and a lot to change. It's been 5 weeks now and I still over eat. Mostly the snack foods, but, once it's gone, I know not to bring it into the house again. Just never thought I'd pay each month to learn how to eat healthier. It's going to be a lot of money - but in the end cheaper than doctors and meds (if it came to that) so I pay.

Great going!! Yes WW is a lot of $! But the lessons they teach are wonderful! I sit front and center at my meetings. I don't want to miss a thing!! Best wishes to you in your journey!! :)

In my area we pay 12 dollars a week. I think of it as an investment in my health. Plus, when you pay, you (hopefully) have that accountability to keep you on track. You might pay a little in the short term, but the benefits of getting to goal will help you long term. You are doing great! Stick with it.
