Doing my monthly progress today instead of in the morning. It is basically the same as last month. Lifted 25/30 days for an hour-which is more frequent days off than I wanted. Averaged 2291 calories a day. Lowest weight for the month was 176.8- which was a new low- and highest got to 183.6. I spent 15 days of the month in the 170's and only 11 days in August in the 170's. Guess I am looking for a slight improvement anywhere I can find it. Really need to move more and consume less calories. At my calorie burn- what I am taking in is pretty much maintenance. Thus September has ended with more steady weight and no actual progress after I was off to a great start. Doing this today because tomorrow I am getting away for a couple days with the hubby to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary- 19 together- 20 1/2 being friends... Lots of beauty and trails where we are going so I can get some exercise but also amazing food in store- of course. I will enjoy it. Try to hit the gym before we go- otherwise I'll just have Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as rest days. I don't really measure much anymore because my loose skin can have my waist anywhere from 29"-32" depending on the tightness. :( Oh well. I'll have to take more pics for myself. Have a good night friends and followers and random readers of this long ass boring journal entry.

Haha- rereading this- we walked zero places except to eat. We both were like- nah- not doing it. Tomorrow's weigh in maybe 190.😬🤷🏻‍♀️ Crazy how quickly I can see it in my chubby cheeks and crazy how much I don't care because I know I'll get right back to it.
