I'm going through a phase where weight is going down and I'm hardly trying. I guess I'm just used to eating less and it's not bothering me. I even had a cupcake and Mexican food for lunch yesterday. My mom and aunt took me out for my birthday, although it's actually today. After eating a big lunch, I didn't have an appetite for supper, so I just had a yogurt. That suits me fine.

Well, that sounded contradictory. Eating less -- big lunch. It wasn't really that big a lunch. It just was more than I'm used to eating these days. I like filling up on less food.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

LOVE those phases...enjoy it while it lasts! I can relate, sometimes it seems like I have this huge appetite but after eating portions that are normal-sized or even a little small, sometimes I feel stuffed. It's a wonder the quantity of food I used to put away in one sitting...here's to our continued progress!

Happy Birthday to you Coco...We're learning that less is more, there is no such thing as bad food, it is all good. Satisfaction can happen with 1,700 or less calories per day and is living without deprivation. We know how to lose weight slowly but surely. We are on the path of enlighten-up! I am glad you have chosen this path because in my world a lot of people I know give up before they even try. TOWANDA!!!!
