I ate too much yesterday, fat was still low and I had no idea that a "sapote" fruit was so high in calories and sugar...bummed me out that I had to make that entry. It's a good thing the "sapote" season is only about 3 weeks so I will consider it annually, just one.

Today will be better, I still haven't found that sweet spot to drop a couple of pounds. I'm strong a heck...will do the body fat test again soon.
