Down another pound (or more, it's hard to tell), I really need to get my own scale. This week I want to keep better track of my food and try to eat more vegetables. My mom has lost 10 pounds so far by filling up on mainly veggies so go her!!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
