Doing pretty well so far on the challenge to exercise at least 3 times a week. I'm went to the gym between classes today; ran 2 miles and did some weight lifting. I definitely want to be more toned and firm along with just losing weight. The scale they have to weigh yourself is like an old doctor's one or something and it was sticking today so I couldn't tell what my weight is. I hope I can keep up with this challenge for the next four weeks! That's how long they say it takes to form a habit, right?
