No weigh loss today, a tiny 100g weight gain. Absolutely no problem, considering the two pounds lost over the last two days, this is fully expected.

Today is swim day, so somefully I will burn enough calories to lose weight tomorrow.

Life is good!
304.5 lb Lost so far: 37.3 lb.    Still to go: 117.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
