OMG why am I such a "Professional eater" I'm always wanting to try the new fad of diets, paying money to get right now results!!! I was watching Dr Phil his topic "weightloss". He had a Dr Moreno on the show who is the author of a diet called "17daydiet" One of the objectives. 'Seeing results Fast' and Dr Phil was promoting it, so I figure wow this is great. But Of course I look on the website and find that the meal plan is a whopping $159.00 and the book is $21.00, and the exercise CD is another fee. NOoooooooooooooooooo I'm not going to do it,(screaming to myself)
Tired and no longer want to be a professional eater!!!!!!!!!

I've lost 17 lbs in 1 month and 3 weeks so far, for Gods sake, by Counting calories and excercise. Hmmmmmm maybe I'll just get the book, Dr Phil said he will be doing a challenge in January with this diet, ughhhh should I or shouldn't I?

Hey fit4me, I know the temptation is great (been there too!), however, you are doing great on your own. You are losing approx 2lbs per week which is a good pace. When you lose too fast, your body does not 'reset' to your new weight as fast. Most times, when weight is lost quickly, it returns quickly. Slow and steady wins the race! Take that $180 and buy yourself something just for you (no food rewards here!) to celebrate the color change in your weight tracking bar. You deserve it! :-)
