Stepped on the scale and back to 150. I gained from my nine day drinking binge but I lost it all in a few days so that is good. Now I am thinking of working out today and what to have for breakfast.

I am trying to eat sleep and think having a sexy slim body. I am gonna tire of eggs pretty quickly...errr breakfast ideas? Fellow Atkin inductioners?

Part of my goal to stay slim is just to keep up and stay fit..I don't like being a fraction of what I could be physically. Anyways was a little celebration that I lost those five lbs in three days, and now to go forward. I want to lose fifteen lbs this month. I will push pull sacrifice but it will be done. I know some of the thing that held me off last time were atkins bars, bacon for breakfast and to much protein. Not this time.

Breakfast idea besides eggs can be anything - what about leftovers from the night before or just make a supper dish for breakfast. No one ever said you have to have eggs for breakfast.
