John10251's Journal, 12 September 2020

I still haven't returned to the gym. In fact, I cancelled my membership out of concern for the virus. My biggest challenge is reaching my calories burned goal daily. Often it has been very late in the evening before I reach it. Sometimes it's as late as 11:00pm. I have been using my Total Gym to help achieve my calorie goal. It's been the quickest way to burn calories, especially if I run in place between sets. I do this when I'm desperate to burn those last few calories. When I was going to the gym in the mornings, I would reach my calorie burned goal by around 6:00pm. Last night it was 10:30pm before I got it done. I ate under goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3%

I really like seeing the stats from trackers. For me it is a motivator to look back at. Your journey is a lot like what I am beginning. I was lucky enough to keep from hitting type 2 diabetes and may have caught in time. I check my sugar though to keep myself mindful of it. You are inspiring to me, gives me hope.
