I had a tuna fish sandwich yesterday and I thought I’ll eat half, but I ate it all, it was so delicious!
Having Chinese food today, i’m not gonna eat all the rice! Would like to say it’s gonna be a beautiful day, being Friday, but with all the fires there is a ton of smoke and ash in the air.😩
204.0 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
