Well folks I did it, 1st day back at the gym. I'll be sore tomorrow but it felt liberating. The gym is being ultra careful to keep us all safe but I'm worried about exposing my Mom & Grandchildren to possible infection. However, to be honest I really missed the gym. Here's hoping it's the right move.

I miss the gym, I won't go to it, I did join a small one for a few months woman only most my age, but getting bored, same thing everyday.
