In mid March I weighed 199.5 or so -- decided to get serious about this, swore off beer and booze, figured the weight would fall off--it did not -- no booze - some sweets-- exercise 3s-4 times a week stationary bike or walking - generally 40 minutes -- metabalism is slow -- gonna try more water -- getting weary of this cra[s!
196.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
