Ah, so, yeah...
I've been on a bit of a bender the last week for no particular reason. Usually I do really well on Mondays and Tuesdays, then the rest of the week falls off. Nope, this week it was bad every day.
Yesterday I went to meet the family for Thanksgiving and I got to see some relatives I haven't seen since Christmas of last year. They were all genuinely surprised by how much weight I had lost and how different it made me look. I felt a little weird answering their questions since I obviously wasn't on top of my diet.
So today is a new day. I've joined a challenge that starts soon and I'm going to commit to doing it right this holiday season. I've bought eggs to make for breakfast and I have plenty of left over turkey for lunches. Somewhere I have green beans (without the mushroom soup and fried onions, of course!)
