Sooooooooooo excited! A pair of jeans that I couldn't pull up when I first started my lifestyle change, I tried them on today. I was able to pull them all the way up, although I can't fasten them yet, at least I was able to pull them all the way up!!! This really reminds me that I can't go overboard on Thanksgiving!!! Also appreciating the nice compliments I received at church today! Hard work is bringing on results!!!(wiping the sweat of my brow) :-)

I'm also so glad I managed to get all my calories in on today since Sundays are a challenge!
