I don't know if anyone is familiar with VShred, but I joined last night. I've been doing some of the exercises they show on the adverts & they seem to be working. I'll keep everyone updated. Have a great evening.
218.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
