맞습니다. 치킨이 거의 다했죠. 그리고 고구마와 견과가 약간... 방토와 오이는 물 같습니다. 칼로리면에서 말이죠.. 😊

Hi Hobodon, your meals look nice. But big some of them. Take chicken skin off holds lots of fat. Try and poach or scramble your egg not fry!!! Good luck you are going well. Merrymel

Hello Merry mel. Thanks a lot for your good comments. 🙏🙋‍♂️ I removed all skin off after photo. Eggs are taken on and off (3 days with salmon, and 1 day (mostly half-boiled or sometimes fried) in turn). I try to have only 1 egg a day (I like eggs so much, though!😢) I believe you know very well about cholesterol and what to eat and what to avoid. 😊 Thank you. 🙏👍
