I have worked with the trainer 3 days this week. I have worked with one before and the difference is that he is concentrating on core workouts, using my body as the weight, using the balance ball, the tubes, improving flexibility. I love this! It is something I can do at home.

I am taking him at his word and have upped my calorie intake. It makes me a bit nervous, but I trust his judgement.
