I had shrimp yesterday for lunch I’m sorry I did - it was delicious, but I’m not doing that again - didn’t lose much weight at all.😢
208.0 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
