It was extremely 🌶 Shrimp, garlic, fresh jalapeño, red onion, green pepper and mushrooms air fried, salt and pepper. No oil necessary. My mouth is on 🔥 🍾

I saw the shrimps and thought how good it would be but then remembered I was having salad and salmon on the side. I thought that an air fryer for us would not be worth it because the most fat that I add to my food is 1 tablespoon of EVO. I don't eat deep fried or anything with a batter because I don't like it.

Ireland I use my air fryer several times a week because it’s easy. I’m not so worried about the fat to be honest. I’ve cooked salmon in it too and it comes out super juicy. Though honestly if my air fryer stopped working today I’m not sure I’d not be rushing to buy a new one 🤷‍♀️
